STEP 1.Take the inner most part of banana flower,cut into 4 pieces and blanch.
STEP 2.Make a batter with besan,haldi powder,salt. Dip the blanched florets in the batter and deep fry
STEP 3.Mix the mustard powder in water and add a pinch of salt. Set aside.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan, add nigella seeds and temper. Next saute the onion and add haldi powder,chilli powder and green chilli. Then add the mustard mix,lightly saute and add warm water. Bring to a boil and add the fried florets. Add sugar and salt. Reduce the gravy. Serve hot.
