  • 83.33 g Prawn
  • 16.67 g Butter
  • 1 Pieces Potato
  • 0.17 Cups Garlic
  • A Few Coriander leaves
  • 0.67 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Butter Garlic Prawn On A Bed Of Mashed Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
  • STEP 2.In a pan heat butter and saute the mashed potato with salt, chopped garlic, black pepper powder.
  • STEP 3.Heat butter in a pan and lightly fry the prawns with salt, chopped garlic, black pepper powder. Prepare a little gravy. Switch off the gas and add chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Arrange a bed of sauted mashed potato. Next insert the fried prawns on this bed. Then pour the gravy gently over the platter. Serve hot.
