Ingredients for Semolina Masala Snack Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Semolina
  • 1/4 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp ajwain
  • 0.13 Cup Chopped mint leaves
  • 0.06 Tsp Baking soda
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Cups Refined Oil

Directions: Semolina Masala Snack Recipe

  • STEP 1.Finely grind the semolina
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add little water and make a dough. Brush some oil and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Roll out the dough, cut into desired shapes and deep fry. Serve as an accompaniment with tea or coffee.
