Samosa is undoubtedly the most popular all time snack for indians. It is a kind of stuffed savoury pastry which may be veg or non-veg. But as deep fried samosas are high in calories, i am sharing baked version of samosa that is a healthier version.
3 tablespoon vegetable margarine or regular cooking oil
1 teaspoon carom seeds or ajwain
0.5 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon milk to brush the dough
For stuffing
2 large boiled potatoes
0.5 cup mix veg like green peas, chopped carrot and sweet corn
2 teaspoon cooking oil
3 pods of garlic
2 green chillies chopped
bunch A chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon whole coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
0.5 teaspoon chilli flakes
0.5 teaspoon kasuri methi
0.5 teaspoon Asafoetida
0.5 teaspoon dry pomegranate seeds
0.5 teaspoon dry mango powder
