  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1.50 Sheets Phyllo Pastry
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400掳F (200掳C).
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine the roasted pumpkin, mashed potatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take a sheet of phyllo pastry and cut it into 3 equal strips. Brush each strip with melted butter.
  • STEP 4.Place a spoonful of the pumpkin filling at one end of each strip. Fold the pastry diagonally to form a triangle, enclosing the filling. Continue folding until the end of the strip.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the process with the remaining pastry strips and filling.
  • STEP 6.Place the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • STEP 7.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the samosas are golden brown and crispy.
