Baby corn Rockets Recipe

Baby Corn Rockets Ingredients 11 pieces of Baby corns 4 Tablespoon Roasted chana powder 1 Tablespoon Roasted white sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon chaat masala 1/2 tsp Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp black salt Salt to taste 1 tsp White pepper powder 1 Tablespoon Red chilli powder or Degi mirch 2 Tablespoon Curd 1 Tablespoon Butter Bread crumbs of Two Breads Roasted Chilli flakes Pizza seosoning Method First Boil the baby corns for 1 minute and drain the water . Let them cool . Now add curd , Roasted chana powder ,butter , and all spices . Mix them well. Now take a pan , add some butter and cook all the baby corns on medium to low flame . When they becomes golden brown in colour from both Sides , place the sticks to give the shape of Rockets . Now spread imly ki chutney , pudina ki Chutney , sprinkle Roasted sesame seeds . Enjoy these yummy Baby Corn Rockets . 😊
