STEP 1.First mix Atta, Ankurit Atta , dahi , 1 kg milk with hands. No lumps should be there.
STEP 2.Cook it on high flame when it will start curdle
STEP 3.Add 1 kg milk and cook on low flame .
STEP 4.When it will become dry add sugar and cook till it becomes dry again.
STEP 5.Now add ghee , Walnuts , Almonds and cook on high flame till it seperates from wok.
STEP 6.Grease any plate and pour it to set.
STEP 7.Cut in pieces and Enjoy this healthy Sohan Halwa😊
