Recipe Ingredients 1 mango 8 whole wheat biscuits 1/2 kg milk Desi khand to taste Blure berries and mango pieces for garnishing Method First 1.Crush the biscuits , add little milk and butter. Arrange this on base of cheese cake and keep it in fridge for setting. Take milk and curdle it by addind vinegar . Wash it with cold water . Cheese is ready 2.
