Ingredients for kheercustardcheesecake Recipe

  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 1/2 packet Digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 0.06 cup Rice
  • 0.13 cup Makhana
  • 2.50 Pieces Roasted dry fruits in powder form
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 50 gm Condensed milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon Custard powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oats powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Pieces Fruits - strawberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon Banana puree
  • 1/4 tablespoon Mango puree

Directions: Kheercustardcheesecake Recipe

  • STEP 1.First crush the Digestive healthy biscuits and add melted butter
  • STEP 2.set it in a greased cake mould.
  • STEP 3.Now wash rice and churn it in grinder.
  • STEP 4.Take makhanas and grind it in grinder.
  • STEP 5.Take a wok and prepare kheer with makhanas and rice by adding milk and dry fruits
  • STEP 6.When it will be thick , add condensed milk , Soaked chia seeds and pour it on crushed biscuits layer and keep it in fridger for setting.
  • STEP 7.Prepare the custard by adding custard powder, Oats powder, milk,sugar and fruit purees
  • STEP 8.Add cream in the ready custard and mix it with electric blender and make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 9.Pour this custard above kheer layer and keep it in deep fridge for half an hour.
  • STEP 10.Now take out the cake in a serving plate with the help of a knife and garnish with fresh strawberries and grapes.
  • STEP 11.Relish this Indian cheese cake and give a treat to your taste buds.
