Directions : Asian Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

STEP 1.1 heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat, add 500 gm chicken breasts and fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden.

STEP 2.2 then turn the heat to low, cover and cook for 4 minutes.

STEP 3.3 turn the pieces over and continue to cover and cook for another 4 minutes.

STEP 4.4 next add 100 ml teriyaki sauce, 100 ml honey, 1 tbsp black crushed pepper, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, salt to taste and stir together well.

STEP 5.5 turn the what to high and cook for another 3 minutes, uncovered.

STEP 6.6 stir frequently, then remove for the pan and place on a plate.

STEP 7.7 slice the chicken into medium thick slices, spoon the sauce from the pan over the chicken and serve hot.
