A japanese recipe of chicken fried along with veggies, sugar, soy sauce and sake. Sprinkle with some green onions and savour every bit of it.

Trim the fat of the chicken and cut into bite size
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan
Add the chicken and pan fry them until brown
Add sugar,soy sauce and sake
Cook for 5mins
Add green onions
