Directions : Anticucho Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a bowl take red wine vinegar, salt, back pepper, cumin powder, oregano, aji amarillo paste, garlic and red chilli paste.

STEP 2.2 mix everything well.

STEP 3.3 pad dry your meat with a paper towel and cut it into bite size pieces.

STEP 4.4 put the meat pieces into the bowl and mix well.

STEP 5.5 cover it with a cling film and let marinade for 2-4 hours.

STEP 6.6 chop the onions and dip them into some salt water and drain it.

STEP 7.7 in a bowl take your onions, cilantro, black pepper, oil and lime juice.

STEP 8.8 mix everything well.

STEP 9.1 preheat your grill.

STEP 10.2 put the marinated meat pieces in the skewers.

STEP 11.3 grill the meat and corn cob.

STEP 12.4 flip it after two minutes.

STEP 13.5 serve your anticucho with onion mix and corn.
