• For pakora
• 250 gram amaranth leaves cleaned,washed and finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
• 1.5 cup besan
• salt to.taste
• 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
• 1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon carom seeds
• 1 tsp.green chilli .finely chopped
• 1 cup.mustard oil for frying
• For Kadhi
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 1 cup curd or 2 cup butter milk
• As required Salt
• For Tadka
• 1 tbsp.pure ghee
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped curry leaves
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 0.5 teaspoon asafoetida powder
• For chilli oil
• 1 tablespoon Ghee
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
