250 gram amaranth leaves cleaned,washed and finely chopped

1.5 cup besan

1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon carom seeds
1 tsp.green chilli .finely chopped
1 cup.mustard oil for frying
For Kadhi
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup curd or 2 cup butter milk
As required Salt
For Tadka
1 tbsp.pure ghee
1 teaspoon finely chopped curry leaves
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
0.5 teaspoon asafoetida powder
For chilli oil
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
