Japanese cuisine is far from usual when it comes to breakfast. From fish waffles to street crepes, these dishes are a welcome change from bland toast and cold cereal. Light, healthy, and well-balanced – this is what an ideal Japanese breakfast should be. Traditional Japanese breakfast includes a rice dish, protein, soup, and a side dish, but you nothing of this involves a whole lot of preparation. From fluffy Japanese pancakes, to Onigiri, a Japanese rice balls, one can include a whole lot of items.

Main course meals in Japanese cuisine spells wholesome like nothing else. Be I the classic ramen soup which is comforting and healthy, spicy katsu curry or the udon noodles, each dish is sure to get you hooked. And then there’s sushi, making us drool each time.

The delicious Yakitori chicken or the mouth-waterin miso steak are some of our all-time favourite Japanese meals. The sticky rice or sushi bowls too are perfect for a week night dinner.
