The cookbook author frequently conducts masterclasses in India, and wherever he goes, he is sure to dip into the culinary delights of the local cuisine. In Ladakh, the chef tasted its famous sea buckthorn juice, the traditional khambhir flatbread, and refreshing kahwa while roaming the street market of Leh.
