If a birthday is the perfect occasion for family and friends to come together to celebrate, then Soha Ali Khan surely had the best one. The Hush Hush actress turned 45 years old recently, and let her fans know all about how she spent her birthday through photos and reels on Instagram. And going by these, Soha Ali Khan, who is known to be quite the health-conscious food as is her husband, Kunal Kemmu, enjoyed her birthday with a completely homemade feast.
In a series of photos shared on her Instagram, Soha Ali Khan showed her followers just what her day looked like, including food and more. Soha Ali Khan first shared a picture of herself with her husband, Kunal Kemmu, followed by glimpses into her day. Dressed in a denim co-ord set, Soha Ali Khan first gave a sneak peek into her special birthday cake. The buttercream-frosted, multi-tiered cake had plenty of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries on top, indicating that it was a seasonally flavoured berry cake.

Next, Soha Ali Khan shared a couple of pictures from her grand, homemade birthday feast with family and friends. In one picture, Kunal Kemmu can be seen cooking up a wok full of chicken curry. Clicked clearly in the early stages of its cooking process, the chicken curry in question later makes an appearance on the feast dining table in its final, dark-hued and rich form. Going by its final appearance, the chicken dish cooked by Kunal Kemmu for Soha Ali Khan’s birthday is likely to be a royal chicken korma.
Attended by close friends like Angad Bedi and Shikha Talsania, Soha Ali Khan’s grand, homemade birthday feast was also packed with plenty of other delicacies. Visible on the final table is a rich egg curry, a paneer dish decked with plenty of greens, steamed rice and raita. Whether all of these dishes were made by Kunal Kemmu and Soha Ali Khan is not known, but the fact that all the dishes were made at home and served in the most homely way is quite clear.
Apart from this grand feast on her birthday, Soha Ali Khan clearly indulged in plenty of desserts, including her birthday cake and a chocolate-loaded dessert shared on her Instagram stories. Despite all this indulgence, the 45-year-old actress managed to get her regular workout in. She also shared plenty of birthday wises she received from friends and family, including posts by sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan and Neha Dhupia.
