Throw in the soaked jeera rice and combine it all together. Stir in between and serve hot.

2.   Pressure Cooker Mutton Biryani

The flavourful red meat is a delicious addition to your biryani. Tenderising the mutton is the most important task here. The soft and juicy mutton is added to a pot full of spices and onions. Add in the rice and let it cook for slightly longer than chicken biryani as mutton requires some more time to cook. Pair with a bowl of fresh curd and onion rings.

Another seafood biryani that you ought to try is this prawn recipe. Prawns are marinated in turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. After some time, tomatoes and onions are sautéed in oil and slit green chillies are added to it. Next, the marinated prawns are added in and cooked before the soaked rice is thrown in.
