Mimi actress Kriti Sanon turns 32 today and like any other foodie, you would expect her to eat her favourite dishes or at least relish a huge slice of cake on her birthday. But as per an Instagram post by her friend and co-star Kartik Aaryan, Kriti managed to stick to her diet and only posed for pictures with her tempting birthday cake. The diva celebrated her birthday on the sets of Shehzada and is maintaining a strict diet for her role in the movie. In reply to Kartik’s birthday post for her, Kriti quipped that she is thankful to him for finishing up all the cake after the pictures were clicked.

Well, leaving the requirements of the role aside, Sanon is a self-confessed foodie and likes to eat her favourite food whenever she is not on a special diet. Being a Punjabi kudi from Delhi, it is only obvious that she likes to eat butter chicken the most. Kriti absolutely loves having butter and pairs it up with her ghar ka namak-ajwain ka paratha. Just like us regular folks, the Bareilly ki Barfi actress also loves rajma chawal and regularly has it for lunch along with chapati. During an Instagram chat session last year, she confessed to Rajma Chawal and paratha with salted butter being her comfort food. She has also talked about how she enjoyed eating desi food items like puri-halwa when she had to gain weight for her role of a pregnant woman in Mimi.

, Sanon seems to love cooking for herself and her parents. She keeps sharing instagram stories of her escapades with food, especially breakfast bowls, breads, cakes and cookies. Kriti also loves seasonal fruits and enjoys eating mangoes the most. The birthday girl loves her sweets and she lives up to the title of a true foodie.

We wish Kriti Sanon a very happy birthday and hope that she gets to have her cakes, pastries and chocolates soon!
