4. Kerala-Style Duck Curry

Filled with strong tropical flavours, Kerala duck curry is a quintessential dish in most Christmas feasts in the state. Made with coconut oil, coconut milk, curry leaves and a hot of spices, Kerala duck curry is delicious, aromatic and tempting.  

5. Meen Molee 

A mildly spicy, delicious and aromatic fish dish from Kerala, Meen Molee is popular during Christmas. The fish is stewed in coconut milk and some typical Indian spices and cooked to perfection. The flavourful curry is perfect to be savoured with steamed rice or spongy appams.
