The 'Maine Pyar Kiya' fame actor has become quite an advocate for healthy living and eating, and often shares tips and insights about her diet on social media. Besides this, she also lists various health benefits of different foods and how specific foods can help in weight loss and aid a healthy lifestyle. 

The actor shared some weight-loss tips a while back, and now she is back with her bits on a nutritious lunch. Posting a picture of her lunch on Instagram, Bhagyashree gave a glimpse of her colourful meal - a delicious-looking salad. The vibrant and wholesome salad consisted of capsicum, tomatoes, olives, spinach and some microgreens that were perfectly garnished with feta cheese.
