Directions : Yuanxiao Dumplings Recipe

STEP 1.S mix the butter with sesame seeds, sugar and wine.

STEP 2.Freeze for 20 mins and then make small balls.

STEP 3.Make the rice dough using water. Roll the balls using your thumb make a deep indentation.

STEP 4.Place the sesame balls into the hole and then closing it up.

STEP 5.1 cook the dumplings in boiling water and stir in one direction. Make a boil after they float on water.

STEP 6.2 serve hot and enjoy.
