Ingredients For Venison Vegetable Soup Recipe

• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Yellow onion, diced
• 34 Celery stalks, diced
• 2 Carrots, diced
• 1 pound Venison stew meat
• 4 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon Herbs de provence
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 pound Red or yellow potatoes, cubed
• 1 can Diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
• 4 cup Beef stock
• 1 Package frozen mixed vegetables corn, carrots, green beans and peas are what i use
• Lemon, optional
