• 1 can Red pepper, chopped green pepper or poblano be subbed
• 3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
• 15 ounce 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
• 15 ounce 1 can tomato sauce prefer unsalted
• 15 ounce 1 can roasted red tomatoes, undrained regular diced will work
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 0.5 cup Chicken Stock
• 2 cup 1 large sweet potatoes, cubed about
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground pepper
