• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 cup Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
• 2 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, thinly sliced green onions and ripe olives
