• 2.5 cup Coarsely chopped red and/or green bell peppers
• 1 cup Chopped Onion
• 0.5 cup Chopped Celery
• 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
• 2 can 50% less sodium beef broth
• 1 can No salt added red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 3 tablespoon No Salt Added Tomato Paste
• 2 tablespoon Packed brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 2 teaspoon Finely chopped canned chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
