• 1 can Tuna in water, drained or if in olive oil, do not drain
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil, only if using canned tuna in water
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 0.25 Small red onion or 1 shallot, thinly sliced
• 1 can Cannellini or great northern beans
• 1 tablespoon Capers, drained and chopped
• 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, or sherry vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Arugula baby spinach salad
• Lemon wedges
• Saltine crackers or baguette
