Rich Tomato Soup
Soup is a loveable item which is highly relished during winter and specially during chilled winter evening. So presenting hot and yummy TOMATO Macaroni SOUP.
STEP 1.Pressure cook tomatoes along with green chilli + slight water. Allow to cool.
STEP 2.In moderately heated pan add butter / oil, add cinnamon stick + bay leaf and sauté for few seconds, then add garlic and sauté for few seconds.
STEP 3.Then add the boiled tomatoes and cook at medium to high flame by adding salt.
STEP 4.Gradually tomatoes turn mushy, allow to cool, blend it into smooth paste and strain all residue like seeds and peel. Discard cinnamon and bay leaf before blending.
STEP 5.Then heat pan add butter, pour the tomato mixture and add warm water as per preferred consistency and cook for few minutes.
STEP 6.Lastly add salt + sugar + pepper powder according to preferred taste.
STEP 7.Serve hot hot into Individual bowls and top with boiled macaroni and serve hot hot.
