Ingredients for Tomato Soup Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Big tomatoes
  • 2.33 Pieces arlic cloves
  • 0.33 Inch Cinnamon stick
  • 0.67 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.67 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1.67 tbsp Boiled macaroni
  • 0.17 tsp Sugar
  • 0.67 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions: Tomato Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pressure cook tomatoes along with green chilli + slight water. Allow to cool.
  • STEP 2.In moderately heated pan add butter / oil, add cinnamon stick + bay leaf and sauté for few seconds, then add garlic and sauté for few seconds.
  • STEP 3.Then add the boiled tomatoes and cook at medium to high flame by adding salt.
  • STEP 4.Gradually tomatoes turn mushy, allow to cool, blend it into smooth paste and strain all residue like seeds and peel. Discard cinnamon and bay leaf before blending.
  • STEP 5.Then heat pan add butter, pour the tomato mixture and add warm water as per preferred consistency and cook for few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Lastly add salt + sugar + pepper powder according to preferred taste.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot hot into Individual bowls and top with boiled macaroni and serve hot hot.
