Directions : Tofu Hamburger Steak Recipe

STEP 1.In a bowl mix tofu, beef, panko , salt, and pepper , divide into oval patties

STEP 2.Heat a frying pan with oil and add the patties and fry for 4mins each side

STEP 3.In a bowl mix soy sauce , mirin, sake, water and cornstarch

STEP 4.Add the sauce and cook until the sauce thickens

STEP 5.Serve with green onions
