Directions : Tit Koh Recipe

STEP 1.Cut pork into pieces

STEP 2.Chop 4 dried chillies

STEP 3.Add jaggery in a pan & melt it at low flame.

STEP 4.Add pork pieces and mix it well along with jaggery.

STEP 5.Now add coconut water,fish sauce & honey.

STEP 6.Cover the pan and cook it for 2 hours.

STEP 7.Five minutes before two hours add red chilli powder.

STEP 8.Then turn off the gas & serve with rice.
