Ingredients for Tit Koh Recipe

  • 1 kilogram Pork
  • 1 cup Jaggery small
  • 1 cup Coconut water big
  • 1/2 cup Honey small
  • 1 cup Fish sauce small
  • 4 No.s Dried whole red chilli
  • As required Salt

Directions: Tit Koh Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut pork into pieces

step 2

  • STEP 2.Chop 4 dried chillies

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add jaggery in a pan & melt it at low flame.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add pork pieces and mix it well along with jaggery.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Now add coconut water,fish sauce & honey.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Cover the pan and cook it for 2 hours.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Five minutes before two hours add red chilli powder.

step 8

  • STEP 8.Then turn off the gas & serve with rice.
