Ingredients For Meatballs Recipe

• 1 pound Ground Beef
• 0.5 pound Ground veal sausage if you can't find veal
• 0.5 pound Ground Pork
• 2 Cloves garlic minced
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Romano cheese freshly grated, or use parmesan
• 1.5 tablespoon Italian flat leaf parsley chopped
• 1 tablespoon Basil chopped, fresh, or use 1/2 tbs dried basil
• 0.5 tablespoon Dried oregano
• As required Salt and ground black pepper to taste
• 2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
• 1 cup Milk
