Ingredients For Italian Chopped Salad Recipe

• 5 ounce Herb salad mix found at trader joes substitute spinach and arugula if you cannot find it
• 0.5 cup Garbanzo beans drained and dried
• 0.25 cup Fresh basil cut into thin strips i. e. chiffonade
• 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes halted
• 0.25 cup Diced pepperoni
• 0.25 cup Diced salami
• 0.5 cup Canned sliced black olives
• 1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh garlic
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh basil use leftovers from above and finely chop
• 0.25 cup Olive oil
• 0.25 cup Red wine vinegar
• As required Salt And Pepper To Taste
