STEP 1. Preheated the grated sweet potatoes in the oven. In a bowl take milk, brown sugar, vanilla. Whisk it until the sugar gets dissolved. Sieve flour and cornmeal. To this add cinnamon , nutmeg , salt and mix.
STEP 2.Add the 3/4th of the coconut milk mixture to the flour while mixing it continuously so that no lumps are formed. Now add sweet potatoes and raisins to the mixture and give it a nice stir .
STEP 3.Grease the baking tin with some oil and pour your mixture in it . Bake it in the oven at 260 degree f for 45 minutes .
