• 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
• 0.25 cup Brewed coffee
• 2 tablespoon Honey
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 0.5 cup Shredded reduced fat monterey jack cheese or reduced fat mexican cheese blend
