Sweet Corn, Zucchini, & Sausage Casserole Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
• STEP 2.In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
• STEP 3.In the same skillet, add the zucchini and cook until tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
• STEP 4.In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, zucchini, sweet corn, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
• STEP 5.Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
• STEP 6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
• STEP 7.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
