• 1 inch 1 red bell pepper, sliced into squares

• 8 ounce Delallo whole wheat linguine or spaghetti
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Shallot bulb, sliced very thin
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• 2 Cloves garlic, pressed or minced
• 12 ounce Baby spinach
• 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Butter or olive oil
• 1 ounce Optional:finely grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnishing
• As required Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
