• 2 Tomato- pureed
• 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 2 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 1 teaspoon Red chili powder or paprika
• 2 Green chili- seeded and chopped
• As required Salt
• 1.5 cup Water
• Fresh coriander-to garnish
