• 2 Juice lime
• 1 can Bottle beer
• 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce
• 1 Chipotle chili in adobo sauce, finely chopped
• 1 Jalapeno chile, seeded, chopped
• 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
• As required Salt, to taste
• 8 Old el pasotm flour tortillas for soft tacos and fajitas, warmed
• 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 Avocado, pitted, peeled and diced, if desired
