• 1 cup Sherry wine
• 3 tablespoon Butter
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 0.5 cup Whipping cream
• 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 pound Crumbled cooked bacon, if desired for garnish
• 0.5 cup Chopped fresh parsley, if desired for garnish
