Directions : Sitafal Phirni Recipe

STEP 1.Rinse and drain the rice and then grind them into a smooth paste with water as required, it will mostly depend on the quality of your rice.

STEP 2.Heat the milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil, keep an eye on the milk as it has a tendency to overflow. Add rice paste, mix gently with the milk and cook for about 5-7 minutes or till thick and smooth.

STEP 3.Add sugar, stir until they meltdowns and cook till mixture reduces to half. Add the custard apple pulp, cardamom powder, and almond slices, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.

STEP 4.Place the phirni in a serving bowl, garnish with some custard apple pulp and mixed nuts, refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve it chilled.
