• 0.5 kilogram boneless beef, cut into small pieces

• 1 cup pre soaked dal channa
• 8 whole dried red chillies
• 10 whole black pepper
• 6 Cloves
• 1 big elaichi
• 0.5 teaspoon Jeera
• 1 stick Cinnamon
• 2 green chillies
• 0.5 bunch fresh coriander leaves
• 1 egg
• 1 medium sized onion, coarsely chopped
• 1 teaspoon ginger paste
