STEP 1.Mince the meat really well and chop the onions and coriander beforehand.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.In a cooker, take some water, split bengal gram, beef mince, onion, red chilies, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
STEP 2.Turn on the flame and bring this mixture to boil.
STEP 3.Take a blender and add green chilies, mint and coriander leaves. Grind them to make a coarse paste.
STEP 4.Add minced mixture and eggs in a blender and blend them well.
STEP 5.Take this mixture out and make small patties out of it.
STEP 6.Heat some oil in a pan and fry the kababs. Your shami kababs are ready to be served!
Storage And Serving Method
STEP 1.Serve the soft shami kebabs with mint chutney and onion rings.
