Ingredients For Savory Mushroom Recipe

• 3 Slices of toasted sourdough bread
• 0.5 cup Sunbutter no sugar added
• 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes we have also used curry powder and paprika in this recipe
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1.5 cup Sliced mushrooms we used cremini, but feel free to get creative with what is available at your market
• 0.25 cup Onion Sliced
• pinch Salt
• 0.25 Sweet red apple diced
• 3 Roasted garlic cloves sliced or quartered
• 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
