Directions : Saltfish Fritters Recipe

STEP 1.Soak the cod in cold water long to rehydrate it and take away excess salt.

STEP 2.Remove any bones and skin.

STEP 3.Flake and shred the fish into little items and put aside.

STEP 4.Sift flour, leaven, and pepper into an oversized bowl.

STEP 5.Add the diced tomatoes, inexperienced onions, and flaked cod.

STEP 6.Pour in 1/2 cup water and stir till everything is mixed.
