Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat the cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
• STEP 2.Remove from heat and add the saffron threads. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
• STEP 3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt and gelatin until well combined.
• STEP 4.Slowly pour the saffron-infused cream into the yoghurt mixture, whisking constantly.
• STEP 5.Divide the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
• STEP 6.To serve, garnish with a sprinkle of saffron threads and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
