• Sous vide mushrooms
• 1 pound Store bought pizza dough or 1 recipe whole wheat pizza dough
• All purpose flour or cornmeal for dusting
• 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil plus more for rolling out the dough, if desired
• 0.25 cup Finely grated parmesan plus more for garnish
• 1 Shallot thinly sliced
• 8 ounce Fresh goat cheese
• pinch Pinch red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon Thyme marjoram, or oregano leaves, or 1/4 teaspoon dried
• 0.25 cup Arugula or baby spinach for garnish
