• 10 ounce Beef sirloin
• 2.5 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 2 teaspoon Roasted sesame seed oil
• 3 Garlic cloves crushed
• 3 Scallions very finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
• 2 cup Short grain white rice
• 5 ounce Carrots cut into very thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler
• 0.6699999999999999 pound Zucchini quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
• 5 ounce Cucumber halved lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced
• 5 ounce Daikon radish peeled and cut into thin strips
