Panna cotta is an italian dessert where cream and gelatin are heated and set. Its then served topped with fruit, nuts or chocolate. I've used agar agar instead of gelatin.

1 cup Milk

1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 teaspoon agar agar powder
2 cup fresh pomegranate juice
2 tablespoon cornflour
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon sugar if juice is not sweet
6 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
