Directions : Plantain Flower With Shrimp/Prawn Recipe

STEP 1.First segregate the flower petals from the banana leaf fruit and clean it properly with water and chop it.

STEP 2.Now clean shrimp or prawns properly with lukewarm water and clean its shell.

STEP 3.Take a kadai and pour cooking oil on it for heating.

STEP 4.Now add chopped plantain flower on it for cooking.

STEP 5.Now add chopped green chillies and onion in it.

STEP 6.Now add ginger,garlic and cumin paste on it and cook it for 5-7 min.

STEP 7.-5 now add turmeric powder and salt according to taste.
